Sankore Military Base Pays Courtesy Visit to the Asunafo South District Assembly,
Personnel from the Sankore Military Base paid a courtesy visit to the Asunafo South District Assembly as part of efforts to strengthen collaboration between the military and the Assembly.
The delegation was warmly received at the Assembly by the District Coordinating Director, Mercy Maawoo Pwavra, who welcomed the team on behalf of the Assembly. Also present at the meeting were the District Planning Officer, James Ata Era, and the Deputy Coordinating Director, Seth Opoku.
The visit provided an opportunity for both parties to discuss issues of mutual interest, particularly matters relating to security, community cooperation, and development within the district. The Assembly expressed appreciation for the continuous role played by the military in maintaining peace and stability in the area, while the delegation from the Sankore Military Base reaffirmed their commitment to working closely with the Assembly to promote safety and development in the district.
The meeting concluded with a renewed commitment from both institutions to maintain strong collaboration for the benefit of the people of the district.
