The Asuanfo South District Assembly is pleased to announce that Hon. Benjamin Yinkah was successfully confirmed as the new District Chief Executive (DCE) for the district. The confirmation ceremony took place on Thursday, 10th April 2025, at 10:00 AM at the Assembly Hall.
Nominated by H.E. John Dramani Mahama, President of the Republic of Ghana, Hon. Yinkah received overwhelming endorsement from Assembly Members following a transparent vetting and voting process. In his acceptance speech, he expressed gratitude to the President, Assembly Members, and residents for their trust and pledged to prioritize development, accountability, and community-driven initiatives.
The event was attended by traditional leaders, government officials, civil society representatives, and residents of the district.
